Waterproofing

Waterproofing is making an object virtually impervious to water. Waterproofing is used in reference to building structures (basements, decks, wet areas, etc.), watercraft, canvas, clothing and paper.

Ferro-121 is special polymer modified waterproofing membrane product. It is a special type of polymer which gives more flexibility, highly water proofing and highly bond strength.

Applications:

Interior, Exterior, Swimming pools, Fountains and Water features, Spas and Hot tubs, Kitchens and Food processing areas, Terraces and Balconies over unoccupied spaces.

 In construction, a building or structure is waterproofed with the use of waterproofing membrane and coatings to protect contents as well as protecting structural integrity. Ferro-121 provides full waterproofing for swimming pools to avoid leakage .

It is not unusual for fats and oils to leak or be spilt within kitchen areas. If these land on the tile grout joints or cracks on the floor, the screed beneath will act like a sponge. Ferro-121 waterproofing Membranes are not only used on flat roofs but can also act as a barrier to these chemicals. It is a great solution for waterproofing terraces.

Ceramic Tile Adhesive

Ceramic Tile adhesive is high quality polymer modified adhesive for setting tiles. It is used  for fixing all types of ceramic tiles on interior substrates e.g. floors / kitchens/ bathroom walls/ corridors / lobbies/ meeting rooms/ halls etc. It comes in grey and white colour with packet size of 20 kgs.

In order to prepare it all substrates must be structurally sound, dry solid and stable the substrates should be clean and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, paint curing compounds, concrete sealers, loosely bonded topping, old adhesive residues and any other substances that may prevent or reduce adhesion.  Substrate should be plane and  imperfections and irregular must be corrected.

Care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling powder. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, wash with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Store in cool and dry place.

SARA Wall Putty For Repairing Cracks in Walls And Ceilings

Normally Plaster walls in home have to repair a crack or Hole at some stage. Sara wall putty renders a smooth and durable surface suitable for all kinds of paint. It serves as filler/leveler in the paint system and enhances durability.
